Buddy Bear Car Wash project: Genesis was the general contractor for the construction of this carwash. Coordination of all structural, mechanical and civil trades were subcontracted and managed under Genesis. All equipment installation was managed by Genesis and all rough and finish carpentry and trades were self-performed by Genesis.

12201 S. Ashland – JTA Development project: Genesis was the project manager and self-performed all rough and finish carpentry along with foundations and flat concrete for the first 27 units of this townhouse development.

Highlights of this development include attached garages, gated community, and underground electrical service.

448 E. 44th St project: Genesis built this “affordable” energy efficient home in collaboration with IIT in a neighborhood not-for-profit. The design by IIT incorporated solar heating, radiant floor heating with part of the heat source from the sunlight and a variety of renewable materials.

454 E. 44th St project: Genesis participated in the construction of this market rate energy efficient home that includes a geothermal heat source, which involved drilling into the Earth and installing ceramic tubes which cycle heat to the end user. This combined with solar panels and other innovations allows this home to use net-zero energy and at times can generate energy to be rebated back to the utility companies.

6100 – 6300 S. Ada & Loomis Blvd – KLY Developers project: Under the City of Chicago New Homes for Chicago program, Genesis was the project manager and self-performed all rough and finish carpentry with foundations and flat concrete for this affordable housing project.

These homes were infilled properties placed on vacant lots in the area. Each home was built with City subsidies and strict requirements. Homes were designed with modest but durable materials and designated for low income residents of Chicago.

4342 S. King Dr – Private Developer project: Genesis was the general contractor for this three-story condominium property. Genesis self-performed all carpentry and finishes.

Bronzeville & Bridgeport Area Homes – Private Developers project: Genesis was the general contractor and self-performed all carpentry and finishes for each of these properties. Each of these custom-built market rate homes were built per specifications. Each home has quality finishes and amenities.
